Point blank, I wouldn’t be near as capable to perform in my career at the level I do without Sallie’s help. I came to her looking to cut weight, boost energy and increase physical performance in a career where fitness is necessary (emergency/critical care nursing and EMS.) Thanks to Sallie, not only has my ability to perform at work improved drastically, but I have had so much more energy to enjoy my personal time away from work. I have seen a change in my strength and body since training with Sallie. I went down a size and can see changes in my muscle definition. I have also noticed an increase in my energy level. I am eating better and will keep training to get stronger.

I’ll try to get a run in at the park sometime today when the sun is up to compensate for that too. Overall a good workout and style! Really liking the HIIT/cardio influence with the tactical/work-practical elements!”
